Star Wars

The movie Star Wars is pretty interesting so far. I have never seen any of the movies until we watched it in class so im still kind of confused. I like the whole thing about princess Leia and Hon. It makes me think of some kind of romance novel or something. How they seem to dislike eachother so much that it attracts them toward the other. The strong friendships is also a really important part of this movie. It was really nice of Hon to go out into the snow and freezing air to find Luke when he knew last time he heard from him was when Luke was going to check out an astroid. There are plenty of strong and important topics in this movie so far, lots of action too.

My novel Taken has some specific topics I think relate to faith. One of the main discussions in my book is about this huge accident between an air balloon and something unknown. The police are not sure what crashed into the air balloon because there is really no evidence but everyone saw the fire and some debris. One of the main characters Kate thought it was aliens. There was no evidence that this was cause by aliens but it was something she strongly believed. Faith is something that can't be proven and this was something that couldn't be proven.

The short story "The Star" was kind of confusing to me. Some parts of it I understood and others I didnt. One thing I didn't understand was if the Phoenix gas ball around a star was the thing that blew up? and Where the people came from that they thought were living there.

The beginning of my book is interesting and sort of confusing. It has a couple of flashbacks from when the main character was in the war and then when he was back at home. In the beginning they are bombing some sort of plantation and they ended up getting followed and chased down by a jet which made them crash. Everyone died except the co-pilet. A little later in the book a huge air balloon crashed into a unknown object and thats where I left off, was the police officers trying to figure out what the unknown object was.
